Potential buyers want to see floor plans before deciding to view homes in person. That's where Steel Tape Measuring comes in. When you contract us to measure and provide a square foot analysis of your listing(s), we will visit each house with our state-of-the-art measuring equipment and draw an accurate floor plan drawing of each floor of the home. The plans are provided in Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format, in either landscape and portrait view. The document orientation that best maximizes the views of the property will be used. A big advantage of the PDF format is that it provides realtors the ability to e-mail and/or print floor plans for any number of potential buyers, regardless of computer platform. These PDF's can also be placed on your web site, so everyone can see them when they view your real estate listings online.
